We manufacture and supply quality ferrous castings and finish products (Casting & Machining) made at our semi-automated foundry and machining units located at Phagwara, Punjab in India. As we supply the Castings and Finished products to some of the reputed OEMs, we understand the significance, if the assembly line or production is hampered due to defective component.

Our QC technology includes sand, chemical testing facilities, microscopes and spectrometer. Being one of the leading Casting Manufacturer and Exporter, we make sure that we have highly qualified, experienced and dedicated personnel in development, production and quality control which are our major assets. Our facilities are designed to meet variable requirements in terms of size, weight, criticality and grades of cast iron.

Our foundries have the capacity to develop parts weighing from 0.5Kg to 30 Kgs as a single piece. Our foundry has the capability to produce 400 tons Grey Iron and SG (Ductile) Iron casting per month. We have various types of moulding namely Sand Moulding, Green Sand/Machine Moulding (Box Size 20X9 Inches), Jacket Type Moulding (Box Size 32X20 Inches). As far as core making facilities are concerned, we also have CO2 and shell sand core making machines.
