Mr. Haridev Bagga
(Managing Director and Partner)

Mr. Haridev Bagga obtained his B.com degree from D.A.V College, Ludhiana. He also worked with a law firm to develop his understanding on industry laws. He has more than 30 years of experience and knowledge in the areas of Finance, Marketing and overall Business Management. His expertise in the area of Financial and Strategic Management and in-depth knowledge and understanding of business makes him a vibrant and a successful entrepreneur. His analytical and calculative mindset is a proof of his intelligence. It is because of his hard work, dedication and a deep desire to succeed on all spheres and persistent efforts, that today Bagson Foundries has evolved as one the pioneer in Diesel Engine Spares market.

With a kind-hearted nature, along with a desire to serve humanity, Mr. Bagga contributes by spreading awareness on the goodness of Yoga through Bhartiya Yog Sansthan. He is the President of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan (an independent organization spreading Yoga throughout India free of cost), Punjab State and takes care of increasing the Yoga awareness in the state. It is because of his guidance and direction of adopting yoga as a part of life, that today lot of people in the region have survived and are living a healthy life because of his wisdom and his guidance.

Mr. Rakesh Bagga
(Partner & Head – Operations)

Mr. Rakesh Bagga is an Engineer and the head of operations at Bagson. He takes care of overall product quality and production issues. He has vast knowledge and experience of more than 32 years in the field of Mechanical Engineering. It is because of his wisdom, tenacity and hardworking nature along with a desire to strive for perfection that, today the company is one of the leading manufacturers in the Diesel Engine Spares market. Along with this, Mr. Bagga is an extraordinary chess player. He has won many awards and recognitions in many Chess Tournaments. His hobbies include Photography, Organic Farming and Travelling.

Mr. Ashish Bagga
(Partner & Head Product Development)

Mr. Ashish Bagga is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala. He has worked with Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. for 2 years in the Quality Engineering department looking after the manufacturing issues coming up in new model development. He did his Masters in Science from Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, USA. His work at CMU included new industrial setup and project planning to accurately predict market share of products made in short term. At Bagson, he is responsible for overall operations of foundry unit.

Mr. Arvind Bagga
(Partner & Head– Business Development)

Mr. Arvind Bagga pursued his PGDM (International Business) from Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida, his degree in Business Administration from Rouen Business School, Rouen, France and his B.Tech (Mechanical) from Punjab Technical University. Prior to joining Bagson, he worked in the Marketing Co-ordination Dept. (Export Division) for Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Raigarh and as a Business Development Executive in Corporate Development Team in A2Z Group, Gurgaon.

His roles and responsibilities include Sales, Marketing and Business Development for the company. He, along with his team is responsible for the front end tasks like order booking, order processing & dispatch and customer satisfaction. He is also responsible for the Marketing of the company like product promotion and delivering value to the customer as well as end user. He also caters to Business Development for the company like establishing new alliances and joint ventures for the company in order to develop and diversify business in order to cater to different markets.
